Step 1:
If using your insurance, call and check your counseling benefits and what you can expect to pay for a session. If you're unsure if you want to use insurance, click HERE to read about the pros and cons.
Step 2:
Fill out the Contact Form. Once submitted, I will reply within 24 hours.
Step 3:
After a meeting time is established go to the Client Portal.
- Read through the informed consent packet.
- Download and fill out the intake forms. Please email or fax (855-958-5381) back within 48 hours.
- Use the secure payment link in the Client Portal to pay your first session fee.
Step 4:
From the Client Portal you can access the HIPAA compliant Zoom link for our session. Click on the link five minutes prior to our meeting time. I will let you into the virtual room when my previous session ends.
