A 6-Step Conflict Resolution Guide
Many people pursue counseling not knowing what to expect, but knowing something needs to change. Everyone I see has a unique story and I'm dedicated to listening and learning about your journey, passions, and struggles. My goal is not to fix you, rather to help you identify the mental blocks keeping you from achieving the life you desire. Together we can discover the best and most efficient path to your personal/relational fulfillment and success. I work with a variety of individuals including adults (corporate execs, college students, young professionals, stay at home parents, spiritual leaders, etc.), teens, pre-marital, and marriage counseling (my focus).
Husband to Allison and father to Eli, Lily, and Jace. I love being outside, preferably with a tent, hammock, and campfire at a state or national park.
